Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.
